Welcome to the last Full Moon of the Year!
Time to celebrate endings. With love, with gratefulness, with an open Heart.

This Sundays Full Moon in Virgo invites us to become physically strong, to focus on being grounded, make some effort and really do everything we can on a physical level to be our best selves, to be healthy, to be present, to be sober.

This invitation is helpful because we are in a phase of intense Pisces energy.

The Sun is in Pisces – the dreamer, the healer – and also Neptune, Chiron and Mercury.
The dreaming, loving, escapist and blurry part of ouselves is extremely highlighted now.
We need this high dose of Virgo energy that the Full Moon brings to understand how important it is that we come back to earth.

We need to land.
We need to reconnect to our bodies´ needs.
We need to realign with out life purpose, and with our daily life´s needs.
We need to become effective, focused, clear and straight in our minds again.

This Full Moon wants us to respect our healing abilities and our artistic resources.
That´s why it sends us this message: “Get your work done” –

So that we can bring our supersensitive gifts to the 3 D reality.

It wants us to realize how precious we are and how huge the source is that we draw upon for doing our work. The Source is endless. The Source is always at our disposal.
The Source is nonmaterial, just like we are.

Virgo energy wants us to feel the connection to Spirit and use this connection to be of service.

Being of service only works if we are starting to heal ourselves. We need to check in with our own Heart, our own history, our own body before we can do healing work for others.

We need to see our wounds before we can be authentic light workers.

This message is even more important since we have Plutos energy involved. Pluto & the Full Moon are connecting in a harmonious angle.

Pluto energy is healing wisdom itself. Pluto in our Birth chart is showing us what kind of transformational work we are going to do to transform our wounds. It shows us where our hidden power lies. It makes us understand that we are full of resources of all kinds if we respect our story and our wounds and take them as catalysts to grow and heal.

When Pluto is integrated, we are authentic, strong, loving and very aliged with our power. We are strong beyond measure. We are connected to our deepest source, aware of our bright light and connected to the power of our ancestors.

The integration of our Pluto energy is happening through life-long processes of feeling into our deepest emotions, of going through the toughest pain, of working with our fears, wounds and intricate relationships and also doing research about our past and our ancestors history.

Pluto work is deep, challenging and very rewarding. Nothing for people who look for a fast reward. It takes time, lots of energy, most likely lots of tears, dreams, words, experiences of powerlessness, shame, guilt, and anger. There is a lot of work, and there is a lot of pure gold waiting for us in this work.

So when the Full Moon in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn are meeting in this cooperating way of a 30 degree angle in the sky, we are encouraged in a powerful way to work with our wounds, become strong by feeling into what wants to be healed and by focusing on our practical options on this path.

A lot of gold can be gained when we take this invitation seriously.

The year of 2017 holds many challenges a.k.a. many blessings.

Throughout the whole year, we´ll have a tension playing out between Chiron, our wounded healer, and Saturn, our inner authority. We need to work with our wounds to get through this year, and we are asked to do that because our life needs us strong and whole.

The world needs us strong and whole.

If we are ready and accept the Full Moons invitation to grow, to heal, to get physical on our way in order to become more reliable, more effectively of service, more present for our own needs and the needs of our clients and friends, then we really take on the first step of this year´s growth cycle.

Growth through healing, grounded and compassionate. Essentials for all of us.

So please take the gift of this Virgo Full Moon, allow yourself to make happen what needs to happen in your life right now so that you become taller, brighter, more radiant and grounded.

Allow yourself to actually take the next step on your path of healing your Heart, growing your Heart muscle and becoming an authentic healer of your own needs, wounds, insecurities. Being your own best mother and father.

With Virgo, there is a strong sense of physical transformation in terms of detoxing, respecting your sensitivity to drugs like sugar, alcohol, caffeine, gluten, carbohydrates, nightshades and other `heavy` ingredients.

This is a good time to focus on your physical needs and take seriously what your body says. On a physical level, Virgo is represented by our digestive system. Maybe you realize what food / chemical is tearing you down. I definitely encourage you to listen to your body and experiment with new styles of nutrition. Pure energy. Non toxic energy.

This is a time of letting go of all kinds of addictions, including addictive behaviour that is ruled by past wounds, and of thinking you are powerless. OVER. DONE. Not needed anymore.

Needed:
You, being happy.
You, being self-caring, self-loving.
You, healing your body, with food, movement, love, attention, discipline.
You, healing your life with love, discipline, prayer, movement, art, rituals.
You, healing your work / work place with focus, clarity, awareness & honesty.

You, stepping up to the challenge of being a sensitive person in this world.
You, doing everything you can to support your own growth, healing and success.

So be it.

* Sunday Full Moon Ritual *

This is the last full Moon of the old year.

On March 20 we have a New Year beginning with the ingress of the Sun in the Spring Sign of Aries. So this Full Moon is a big lovely invitation to shed old skins and empty out everything that is not serving our present happiness.

Full Moon Vibes are intense and magical, they are like a huge wave that can take with it everything that we consciously & lovingly let go.

Take some time to sit down with your journal or some sheets of paper. Let yourself be shown the things you want to leave behind now. Write down everything that comes to your mind, images, feelings, relationship patterns, addictive / wounded behaviour that has an influence on your present life.

It can be one thing but most likely you ´ll be surprised at how much it is. Take your time, enjoy the feeling of it all flowing away, leaving your system already in the process of writing.

With this, you are creating space in your Heart, like your Heart is being transformed, turned around, being born another time.

When you ´re done writing, leave the paper, get up and take some breaths at the window or outdoors. Let the shift of energy happen.

Get back to your paper knowing that the transformation is done. You are free.

Feel the new space that has just entered your life and allow it to settle in. Maybe you want to write down what you want to welcome now. This is good to refocus on the manifesting part of your life.

And then allow it all to process by drinking energized water, tea, by doing stretches, listening to music, sleeping, walking around … ❤

Be welcome to the Eclipse in the sign of our Creative Self, Leo. Being at the center of everything. Ruling our world. Being a Sun. Shining our Light in every direction.

Eclipses are a message from the cosmos to let us know that we are more than we thought we were and there is more of us than we have seen before.

Leo as a fire sign that rules the Heart wants us to step into everything that is Joy, Light, creative flow, Innocence, Play, Sparkle and Love.

To get to the point of enjoying ourselves that fully, this eclipse wants us to realize where we need to stop doing something or stop being something that is not true to our own Heart. For me, that explains the need for rest that many of us feel, because with all that change and evolution in our minds, Hearts and bodies we feel very sensitive.

It is essential that we take the time, now & as long as it needs to take, to say goodbye to what we can´t bring into our joyful & expansive future.

It´ s time to realize where we need to be bigger, clearer, lighter and freer than we thought.

It´s a shedding of the old skins and a deep, powerful cleansing that is taking place right now, even if we´re not aware of it. This big invitation of our life is feeling intense because it IS intense.

We could feel like we´re getting sick, or that we are not able to think about all the different places of transformation in our lives – it´ s just so much. We may feel overwhelmed by the emotional impact of our life. It is big indeed, it is definitely a lot of emotion and we do need lots of moments to process and realize and make our adieux to what wants to go.

Our lives may bless us with communications with other people that make us feel unhappy, not appreciated or not seen. We may go through conflicts that show us where we need to expand, and in order to expand, let go of our old image of ourselves.

There is a lot of space for us to grow: The beautiful & magical thing about this eclipse is that it happens in a harmonious angle to Jupiter, the symbol of our expansive, life affirming & enthusiastic energy.

This is an extremely positive energy that opens up all kinds of doors & windows, that makes us see the opportunities rather than the pain or the loss.

It is not loss or pain that the eclipse is sending, it is new doors and new places that we can´t perceive if we remain attached to our old definitions of ourselves & our limitations. We do have limitations, but they do not need to define what we are dreaming of.

Jupiter and the Full Moon are saying: Come on, let´s say good bye to this and that, and take your time, no pressure. And then, the more you evolve past your old selves, you begin to see that there is so much more to discover than you thought there was. There are worlds to explore!

There are inner universes to cross and to connect with!

There are unknown joys and movements and possibilities!

Jupiter wants us to realize how powerful we actually are, how open the world is for us and how vast our range of possibilities is. Jupiter sings golden songs of Abundance and Wisdom. Jupiter is like a huge golden dragon bringing us exactly where we want to go. It is our deepest and most positive vibe of exploration, Love and knowledge.

We are also blessed with a trine to slow moving Saturn that the Full Moon is making, meaning another harmonious connection between the planets and their symbology.

Saturn is bringing us the wisdom of structure, reality checks and long term visions.

With Jupiter and the Moon, there could be a very over the top energy that we feel now or act upon. When Saturn joins the Moon and Jupiter, we feel more grounded and conncected to our physical bodies, which helps us to bring forward the changes because we need to move with our physical bodies, not past them.

Saturn is a great teacher of patience. Breaaathing. Saturn says, go to sleep, think about it tomorrow. Wait with your response until you´re feeling the ground under your feet. Saturn reminds us that success is always the result of many little steps being made over a long period of time, never an accident that just happened. You are what you have done, not what you wish to be. You are your accomplishments, and more precisely you are the power that you created with all the little steps, with all the boundaries you crossed that your fear was telling you you couldn´t cross. You are your strength, your dedication.

Since Leo, fire sign and symbol for a fun & joy loving child, can be extremely passionate and impatient, a good dose of Saturn in this Eclipse is a very helpful match right now.

And then, voila, another beautiful support coming our way: Revolutionary Uranus. This planet is a symbol for our need to be different, unique, like nothing else, freaky, funny, special. It is the planet that is associated with Aquarius. Uranus stands in the spring sign of Aries where it has been since 2010. This constellation brought powerful humanitarian & social justice movements all over the world and continues to bring its precious fiery, idealistic energy to us. Uranus in Aries reflects many people´s power to connect, rise, be strong and change the world in a meaningful way.

When Uranus joins the Full Moon Eclipse – another of the helpful planetary connections – we are not only having Jupiter, the bringer of courage & joy on our way, not only Saturn, the facilitator of our reality perception, we also benefit from this overwhelmingly revolutionary force in ourselves that Uranus is symbolizing.

It is like a huge Light is being lit in our minds that helps us see where we want to go, how we want our future to be and how exactly we want to change the world around us – by changing ourselves. Which frequency is it that we want to embody in the world?

Uranus is electric, very spontaneous, direct and can even be shocking. People might be afraid of this extreme energy within themselves and within their friends, partners, coworkers.

But it is a big blessing, another one. There are so many!

I encourage you to tune in to all this cosmic support and feel it, be filled by all the different energies that are present to heal our lives in this special moment in time. We are here to embody the age of Aquarius, by being accurate in listening to our Hearts. Otherwise we can´t be lightworkers, artists, lovers and healers. We need to listen with patience. We need to be there for the song of our Heart. We need to be our own parents so the song can grow and grow and become a brilliant piece of art, a majestic reflection of our Heart.

Big Love knows the way

Welcome to the energy of Cancer: Love. Big Love. Biggest Love.

Feeling so much love that you almost want to do crazy things and most of us sometimes DO them. Cancer is such a big bubble of Love that it sometimes doesn´t know how to do it all.

Cancer loves so hard that it wants to protect its loved ones, keep them self „safely“ inside the famous comfort zone. Cancer feels so attached to what it loves that it needs some reminders to breathe and take a step back, especially when there is a full moon in this extremely loving, emotional, motherly sign. This much needed energy is Capricorn: The Master of Patience, knowing how to make big things out of countless little steady steps, being slow and organized, not freaking out, just walking its way without even saying a word about it.

When the Moon is full, the Sun stands across from it in the sky: in Capricorn. The emotions that get highlighted today and this week may have to do with home (Cancer place), family (same) or our work & goals (Capricorn territory). It may very well be that we realize in which position between these places we are right now and that we clearly accept to see what about it needs to shift. We allow our reality to convince us of what is necessary now. There is no more arguing about it. Our Moon is making it clear.

There is more happening in the sky than just this Moon / Sun Opposition: We have a royal big reunion of very strong planets in strong signs. A.k.a. TENSION. INTENSITY. SUPERSTRONG EMOTIONS.
It´s called a grand cardinal cross, a square-formed constellation between Jupiter in Libra (our need for expansion through relationships), Uranus in Aries (our urgent need for freedom), Sun in Capricorn (our very focused willpower) and Moon in Cancer (our soft & deep heart). All of this together: What a Party!

Another melody is singing to our hearts from a very sweet constellation that makes us feel BIG COSMIC LOVE these days: Venus is meeting Neptune in Pisces. That is a very warm, inspired and soft energy. We can access it best when we take care of our bodies and emotions, so that we won´t feel too full moon crazy or emotionally over the top. Then we can have fun singing, meeting Nature and feeling connected, writing poetry, sharing Love with lovely people in our lives and just be all the good things we are.

I wish us all to feel & express everything that is there and / or allow it to be transformed into something light, softer and wiser.
We get a new chance to be born again every single day by every single emotion and experience we have, always supported by all the universe.

So let´s be part of this special moment in time, celebrating our hearts, allowing tears to flow, realizations to happen and sleep to metabolize everything, let´s allow joy about all our transformational processes and LOVE to connect to ourselves and everything, much needed in these times.
